Villa Althos is a beautiful, privately owned 2-storey villa in Puerto del Carmen, situated only about 5 minutes by foot from the beach and yet in a quiet location. The house has four bedrooms, but is only rented out with the two bedrooms on the ground floor; the other two bedrooms on the second floor are reserved for the owners.
On the large sun terrace you will find the villa's private swimming pool as well as a beautiful, covered barbecue area. The terrace has been planted with great love of detail and it provides enough place to simply rest or to sunbathe. On the other side of the building there is also a beautiful and calm patio, which is also a great place to relax.
In the ground floor of the villa there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, 2 bathrooms as well as the two bedrooms. Should the living room downstairs at some time be too small for 4 people, there is a gallery room on the second floor. The whole house is very beautiful and it is fully furnished, since the owners themselves also regularly spend their holidays there.
The new golf course in Tias is in the meantime completed with 18 holes, it is about 4km away. To Golf Costa Teguise you have to drive approx. 20 km.
Bedlinen and towels are available and can be changed by yourself at any time. You should bring beach towels with you. We can arrange for you the transfer to and from the airport or as well organize the car rental for you.
